Alberta has a new premier, honourable Eddie Stelmach who replaces long time popular premier Ralph Klein. His first decision to review Alberta's oil sands royalty regime is a taugh call and Eddie can make a big difference for future decision investments.
Eddie Stelmach started Alberta's shuttle with Mach5 speed and maybe he deserves his name.
